Please verify your upgrade eligibility by checking your registration at the link listed above. If you still have NOT received your email upgrade correspondence based on the dates for the regions listed above then please follow the instructions below:

IF ALL ELSE FAILS - Send an email directly to marianna.montague@avid.com  The email must contain the subject line “Liquid to Media Composer Upgrade” and the body of the email must include your name, email address, phone, product owned and serial #. Your eligibility will be verified and you will receive a response within 7 business days of email receipt.
