Or will either of those codes work on a completely new drive

I have recently bought a new computer and followed the advice below and it worked a treat, no problem.
Of course you must have saved your original activation code to do the job. I am sorry but I cannot remember who posted that advice but thanks to whoever it was.

To reactivate after reinstall:

goto where you installed LE, in my case
D:\Program Files\Pinnacle\
then into Shared Files
then Pixie
select PixieTool.exe and copy it/paste shortcut

right click on the shortcut, goto properties, then to the shortcut tab. In the Target box, add the word KEYENTRY to the end of the string outside the quotes

so in my case it would look like this

"D:\Program Files\Pinnacle\Shared Files\Pixie\PixieTool.exe" KEYENTRY

again KEYENTRY should be outside the quotes
and yes there is a space between the quote and KEYENTRY

now double click that shortcut and it will allow you to enter in your activation key for LE and up to 5 other plugs your are authorizing. If you need to authorize more than 5 plugins, just run the shortcut again.

Once you have the activation code, you have it. Know what I mean?
Interestingly, I have liquid6 on a SATA drive (total clean install - no other programs except OS) and on an IDE drive (drive I usually boot to- with all the other programs - including internet). I looked at the activation code and the two are different. Which makes me wonder if I put a new drive in ..... will it require activation ? Or will either of those codes work on a completely new drive ? I'm not sure. Anyone know "for sure" ? The activation aspect is an interesting part of the merger I had not thought of.
